Welcome to K Beauty Ireland. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (kbeautyireland.com) and your purchases from our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

K Beauty Ireland is an online retailer of authentic Korean beauty and skincare products. We are based in Ireland. For any questions about these Terms, contact us at contact@kbeautyireland.com.

2. Our products

We sell authentic Korean beauty, skincare and makeup products sourced from official brand channels and authorised distributors.
Product descriptions, images and prices are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Packaging may vary slightly as brands update their designs, and colours may appear differently on different screens.
All products are for external use only unless otherwise stated. Please read and follow the instructions on each product and patch-test new products where appropriate.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the affected order and notify you.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where fraud is suspected or products are unavailable.
We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer and to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers, which may include Shopify Payments, cards, and other methods shown at checkout.
By placing an order you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that all details provided are accurate and complete.
We do not store full card details. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched via An Post, with typical delivery of 2–3 business days within Ireland.
International shipping times vary by destination and are estimates only.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address; we are not liable for parcels delivered to an address you provided incorrectly.
Customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Returns and refunds

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided items are in their original condition with original tags attached and are unworn/unused.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics, and items with broken seals, cannot be returned unless faulty.
Statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Irish law) are not affected by these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of K Beauty Ireland or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written permission.
All third-party brand names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use our website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers or systems.
Interfere with the proper functioning of our website (including introducing malware, scraping, or overloading our servers).
Misuse our website for fraudulent purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or your purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.

10. Your statutory rights

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In particular, under EU and Irish consumer law you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This right is set out in more detail in our Shipping & Refund Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
As an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
